The AECI Group provides retirement benefits for all its permanent employees by means of a number of independent defined-benefit pension schemes and defined-contribution provident funds.
All these funds are governed by the Pension Fund Act, No. 24 of 1956, as amended. The assets of the funds are under the control of the trustees of the respective funds.
