NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS Final ordinary dividend No. 146 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, 19 February 2007 the directors of AECI Limited declared a final dividend of 141 cents per share, in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2006, payable on Monday, 23 April 2007 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 20 April 2007. The last day to trade cum dividend will be Friday, 13 April 2007 and shares will commence trading ex dividend as from Monday, 16 April 2007. Any change of address or dividend instruction must be received on or before Friday, 13 April 2007. Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised from Monday, 16 April 2007 to Friday, 20 April 2007, both days inclusive.
